ores/bars seem to go a pretty long way at giants foundry. I was doing 14/14 mith addy bars and getting roughy 1k xp per mith/addy bar with all the moulds unlocked. I got the ores from PvM and MLM and the coal I got from my kingdom and I smelted the bars at blast furnace. Attemping to double dip means you're getting 312.5 xp for the platebody, then using the platebody with a value of 4 bars in giants foundry gives 2k xp for a total of 2312.5xp.
